Of course, we want you to love your ActiveInspite purchase, but we also know that sometimes you’ve got to return an item. ActiveInspite offers refunds & exchanges on all full priced items that adhere to the following conditions:
- Item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. That means, get that parcel back to us ASAP.
- In the original packaging.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Item/s must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- No item(s) which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return.
- We reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Only FULL PRICED items are refundable.
Send the item back to us. We strongly recommend Registered Post with a tracking number as we are not liable for items going missing that you’ve sent back. Please hold onto the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage back shall not be refunded on any return item/s. This is the customers cost.

If you would like a different style or size, your replacement item will be sent as a new order and you will receive order and shipping confirmations via email.
If the item is unavailable your order will be refunded and you will be advised by email. Refunds will only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase.
